Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before 1 July 2026 will incur an admin charge of 50% registration fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be offered. However, replacement of names are allowed without any penalty charge. Please notify the Secretariat of the replacement/ cancellation.
